Heart of Charlotte Awards

This October, we were thrilled to join Northeastern’s Charlotte and Bouvé colleagues for the inaugural Heart of Charlotte Awards, Pancakes and Partnerships Breakfast. Community organizations and leaders were honored with grants for their outstanding service to the Charlotte community. Additionally, five organizations were recognized with the following awards:

• Frontline Worker of the Year - Atrium Health

• Educational Leader of the Year - Common Wealth Charlotte 

• Community Leader of the Year - Christ Centered Co. 

• Community Partner of the Year - Community Culinary School of Charlotte

• Community Engagement Award - Northeastern University Student Nurses Association
